OG ended up a tad on the high side.

Mon May 10, 2010 10:45	Rating: 35 Age at tasting: 9 days	Slight astringency, but plenty of that coopers pear and apple to soften this one up. Some noticeable bitterness in the finish.
Fri May 07, 2010 08:07	Rating: 32 Age at tasting: 6 days	Slightly astringent as it is aging. Probably not as good as it was promising on first tasting.
Mon May 03, 2010 07:03	Rating: 37 Age at tasting: 2 days	Tasting mighty fine, bit of pear and apples coming through. Very dry, touch malty all with some pronounced bitterness to round it out.
