Comments:

Tried letting the fridge cool the wort overnight. Doesn't seem like a good idea. Also, should probably make a yeast starter. Racked to secondary 3/1/09 instead of going straight to keg cause it was crazy sedimenty. beer tasted quite good, hopefully didn't oxidise it too much in the transfer. s.g at time of racking was 1.018, maybe it was still fermenting - needed the larger fermenter for the next brew. 19/02/09 this beer is fantastic - it has deffinetly come of drinking age. emptied keg 4/03/09 and the last fortnight the beer was magnificent.
