Has been in the fermenter for about a week now. Did not put enough water in the airlock and it dried out really quickly. Added more water a few days ago.
Taste wise: quite hoppy, showing citrus, grapefruit character I guess from the Columbus. Not overly malty so that is a bit out of balance. Not sure if I can add some LDME to the fermenter to correct this a bit. Will probably bump up the ABV a bit but that is no biggy.
Mouthfeel is a bit thin as well. I don't think it is over attenuated, although with such a low FG it has fermented quite fully.
