Attenuation(points) vs Time(days)
Kegged today and measured the FG. Had kept going strong over the last couple of weeks.
Measured with a hydrometer, definitely done now.
Getting closer
On the relentless march to FG ... hurry up yeast!
Still fermenting very slowly.
Measured SG with the hydrometer and was a lot lower.
This is tasting a lot drier than the refractometer correct reading is indicating. I am going to take a sampple with the hydrometer tomorrow to double check it.
Fermentation seems to have kicked on again.
Still fermenting strongly ... uped the temp to make it go faster.
Kolsch is ok but nothing to write home about.
