Adjustment for sugar addition
The large batch definitely has a phenolic, but is not too dominate at this stage. Will give it another week or two before it gets tipped.
Added 250gms of sugar to the good batch
Getting more certain that the big batch is infected :(
Smaller one is ok, will add sugar to it today.
The suspect fermenter has not really dropped much, other one is going ok
Tasted both batches, and the much larger one almost certainly has a phenolic (medicinal) starting to develop which means it will have to be tipped :( will give it another week or so to prove me wrong (hopefully).
Tasting pretty good. Need to bottle for the caseswap this week.
