Fureulic Acid rest (~44C - 115F)
Heat to starchification rest (68C) << Need to go higher to limit attenuation. Brew day was challenging as expected ... didn't quite hit they gravity ... burnt the mash while doing the step up, put 20gms more hops in then expected ... all in all a good day
