Comments:

Initial volume of wort was 12L, an extra 2L of water was added to produce a volume to ferment of 14L.
I didn't take an initial OG reading.
Initial fermentation temperature was 20degC, for the first 12 hours, however after that, steadily fell to about 16 degC.
