Wow this has improved a lot since the club dinner.

Of course it always the way. Wish I had put a few more aside.

Thu June 11, 2009 10:19	Gravity reading[SG]: 1.013, Temp[C (F)]: 19.00 (66.20), Atten: 75.93%, ABV: 5.50%	Measured with a hydrometer and taken off the lid replaced with glad wrap. Still a krasen so will go down a bit yet.
Thu June 11, 2009 09:35	Gravity reading[SG]: 1.010, Temp[C (F)]: 19.00 (66.20), Atten: 81.80%, ABV: 5.92%	Done ... already, need to measure the actual FG with a hydrometer later. Probably went a bit on the low side though.
Wed June 10, 2009 08:47	Gravity reading[SG]: 1.010, Temp[C (F)]: 19.00 (66.20), Atten: 81.80%, ABV: 5.92%	Redemption!!! This is shaping up to be one of the best wheats I have done. Heaps and heaps of bananas and looks like it is almost done. Interestingly almost no clove, unlike its sister beer in the ferementer next to it. The other interesting comparison was that this beer was underpitched and it has fermented at a much faster rate.
Tue June 09, 2009 14:25	Gravity reading[SG]: 1.054, Temp[C (F)]: 23.00 (73.40), Atten: 0.00%, ABV: 0.00%	Brewed at the same time as the weiz amber, but pitched much less yeast. Was the far more aggressive of the two fermentation, even though it had a lower OG.
