This will be my case swap beer for the aussiehomebrewer case swap in July.
The idea was to brew a simple recipe as possible, as here pretty much anything could happen. Single infusion at 65-67 degC

Thought it was going to burst out of the plastic wrap, but on inspection today, it made it to the top, but did not burst out, so looks like I was lucky and had just enough head space.

Found out later that I had mistakenly written 28 instead of 22 so the mash was very very thin. I thought something looked strange about it.
