Comments:
Brew day went mostly as planned.
Had some problems with the scarification rest temp. Dropped down to 60C so had to do a decoction mash to bump it up. On second attempt only got it up to 63C for the final 20 mins.
First step was 43C for 15 mins.
Also did not seem to be aerated enough, so gave it another attempt 14hrs after pitching.
Fermenting at about 15C
