Lots of phenolic / clove aroma. Hopefully good phenolic (clove / 4 vinyl guaiacol) and not bad phenolic (infection). Strong phenolic taste too, banana starting to come through. |

Good strong banana aroma, and some banana taste, but not overpowering. Spicy almost tangy/acidic taste as well, possibly lots of cloves? Hopefully that will settle down over the next few weeks. |
