Comments:

Ended up as a no chill due to space constraints in the fermenting fridge.
Will be another 2 weeks before I have time to pitch this one most probably.

Other additions where 3gms CaCl and 1 gm of Citric Acid for water adjustment.

Sterelised 2ltrs of the wort to use for conditioning when added to the keg after fermentation.
