Comments:
4pm Finished brewing around 12pm. Still waiting for the yeast to drop out of the yeast starter so I can pitch the damn thing.
Finally pitched the yeast around 7pm. Had to pour some of the starter off with yeast in suspension, as need to pitch it tonight.
The other half has been cubed and will be fermented once this lot has finished out.
