Water additions:
+1.5gms Gypsum
+0.5gms CaCl ph to 5 +0.5gms CaCO3 ph to 5.5 Was a tad on the bitter side and a bit darker than expected. Think it is going to be a lot more extreme than the Gippsland Gold Clone I was aimning for. Might even have to water it down a bit and put a bit of DME into to even the balance up. Will let it ferment out and see.
