Comments:

Brewday went ok except for finding rotting earwig in the water filter after finishing.

Pitched cold (15C) and will let it warm up into action tomorrow.

Sat June 06, 2009 20:14	Rating: 50 Age at tasting: 4 months	Ran the keg out finally during the last brew day .. and always wished I had another 20ltrs worth. Interesting to note the Ringwood Ale yeast was still very good. Maybe because this lot had been in the keg fridge.
Tue March 10, 2009 22:43	Rating: 40 Age at tasting: about 1 month	Starting to get even better now. Seems to take a month or two to mature properly
Thu February 12, 2009 19:52	Rating: 40 Age at tasting: 24 days	Not quite as clean as the last one, maybe a little acetaldehyde still present
Mon February 02, 2009 21:21	Rating: 40 Age at tasting: 14 days	Baby .. its back. Woo Ringwood ale yeast
Sun February 01, 2009 22:40	Rating: 30 Age at tasting: 13 days	After adding more yeast, and transfer have started to carbonate up again today. Slight trace of acetaldehyde but much better than before.
Mon January 26, 2009 22:54	Rating: 40 Age at tasting: 7 days	Tasted from the other keg and this one does not seem to be affected with acetaldehyde. Will carbonate it and see if it is still ok after that.
Wed January 21, 2009 17:51	Rating: 30 Age at tasting: 2 days	Seems to have acetaldehyde issues. Will try it again on the Sat and asses what is required.
