Comments:

- did small starter for about 24 hours, didn't really take off though
- pitched sunday-15-nov at about 8ppm
- initial temp was about 18-20 deg, but went down to 14 degrees by next morning, as freezer was quite cold, and kept dragging the temperature down
- reasonable krausen by monday night
- big mess tues morning, night, and wednesday
Output
- about 21-22 litres to fermenter
- 4 * 750ml longnecks saved with kettle wort for priming, aim to do 1/2 sugar, 1/2 wort, this time will use about twice the wort as last time
Bottling

This should produce 6.2 g/l CO2 according to braukaiser xls spreadsheet
- rest used sugar

- 25 * 330 ml bottles with 1/2 tsp sugar : pat
- ~25 * 330ml bottles with wort
- ~15 * 330ml bottles with 1/2 tsp sugar
