Comments:
All I can say is, what a disaster.
From 2.5 hr mash to 55% efficiency, it was never going to end well.
Add to that block mash tun, so had to pull the whole mash out clean out the tun, then put it back in again.
I have so much break material that can not even pitch tonight, so now add higher infection risk to the list.
