Description:
A rip off of Randy Moshers radical brewing recipe " Fruitcake Old Ale". A few tweeks to compensate for what I have in way of ingredients.Yeast is Wyeast 9097 (not listed) old ale/brett combo. Beer will be racked at approx50-60%attenuation on to mixed dry fruit, fresh frozen apricots, dates, homemade dried orange zest, all spice(not the underarm version) rehydrated with a ltr or 2 of blackcurrant juice.
