Style: 4B. Munich Dunkel
Description:
First of four beers in the Winter 2011 Series: German Dark Lagers.
This series will use Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager (or possibly the bohemium lager yeast, or the white labs yeast - have to think about this), building up the yeast count and repitching with each beer, also considering WLP833 german bock lager yeast)
