This tool provides a way of estimating corrected refractomer readings of fermented wort, taking into account the alcohol present. You need to enter the approximate original gravity of the unfermented wort, and the refractometer reading.

Viability degradation varies between different yeast strains. You should consider doing a yeast starter for any yeast older than 2 weeks to ensure yeast viability prior to pitching.

Negative results indicate amount required to evapourate off to acheive desired gravity.
